We want you to be completely happy with your OROHERB purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).

Eligibility

• Items must be unused and in their original, sealed packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
• Perishable or opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless faulty

How to Return

1. Email us at hello@oroherb.co.uk with your order number and reason for return
2. We'll provide you with return instructions within 48 hours
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law are not affected by this policy.
