Frequently Asked Questions

Products and pack sizes

What size are the pouches?

Individual products contain 100g. Our hair-care ritual set includes three separate 100g pouches, and our skin-care ritual set includes two.

How do I use the powders?

Follow the individual product page and pouch instructions. Hair- and skin-care powders are for external use unless the pack specifically states otherwise. Do not assume every powder is suitable to eat. Patch test external-use products before use and avoid contact with eyes.

How do I store them?

Keep pouches sealed in a cool, dry place away from sunlight and moisture. Colour, aroma and texture can vary naturally.
